Schengen Visa Insurance available soon

In order to respond to the various requests we are receiving, our team is preparing a “Schengen Visa” protection. This protection will be available for any passenger traveling from any of the countries needing to have this protection in hand, before getting his Schengen Visa

As for the Schengen EU Directive, for any stay below 90 days, whether for a business or leisure trip, a personal and repatriation insurance are mandatory. This insurance must be valid, during the whole stay length, and bring a coverage of up to 30 000 EUR minimum for any medical or repatriation costs.

The EU Directive says:

« you need, as an individual or in a group, an adapted and valid travel insurance covering the possible repatriation costs for medical reasons, as well as , any emergency medical or hospital treatment. This insurance must be valid, all over the territories of the Schengen Area members states”

The Schengen area, designates the territory made of the countries having signed the Schengen treaty, these are, the following countries : Austria, Germany, Belgium, Danmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italia, Ireland, Island, Letonia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Swiss.

Any visa, issued by any one of the Schengen area state is valid for the complete Schengen Area. It is being issued for a maximal length of 90 days per semester.
